The power system or power scale is something important throughout the entire cosmos since it is actually a Universal Law. The power system indicates which rank is superior to another and in simple words is a way to organize the inhabitants of the cosmos.

I will tell it from weakest to strongest

Any creature that does not fit into any of the other two divisions is considered a lesser being - basically us. Normally lesser beings do not know of the existence of the cosmos or even that there is something outside their universe, just like the inhabitants of universes according to Ruan Lúan's Cosmology tend to believe they are the only ones in the cosmos. They are disposable and very rarely generate Cosmic Errors since they do not have the power. All inhabitants of the universe should be born as one since when a lesser being meets the necessary characteristics they advance in power level towards

They are the next level to lesser beings, normally they only have universal reach. They do not represent concepts and therefore do not have conceptual immortality according to Ruan Lúan's Immortality Types. They are not so easily disposable although if necessary the cosmos will do it. They do not tend to create Cosmic Errors, leave an existence plane and do not have access to the Nexus. They depend on being worshipped by lesser beings and therefore relate a lot with them although not directly.

2. Transcend common mortality (biological + another type)
3. Recognition from the cosmos
4. Ability to shape a local Law (e.g.: flow of seasons)
5. Medium destructive power (eliminate a galaxy per second)

They are the highest level of existence that an inhabitant of the cosmos can reach. They have enormous power and an uncertain nature. The cosmos itself protects them since they have conceptual immortality because they represent a concept. They are capable of generating Cosmic Errors with apparent ease and usually have their own multi-leveled realities. They are inexplicable, have limited access to the nexus and do not have a real physical form. Most were a God before being a Cosmic God.
